The Ehlanzeni United Football Club chairman regret to inform their supporters that Ehlanzeni United FC will not be participating in football for the upcoming season. This decision comes after considerable challenges: The Matsulu Stadium remains unfixed despite our numerous engagements with the municipality, who have unfortunately not met us halfway, Kruger United FC’s use of KaNyamazane Stadium means we would have to relocate our training vanue to Nelspruit town which is about 45KM away from Matsulu which is 90KM daily travelling, which is logistically impractical.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our fans for their unwavering support during the 2023/2024 season. Your dedication has been invaluable to us. We will definitely come back, hopefully the Matsulu stadium will be available to use for the 2025/2026 season. For the community of Matsulu we will still be doing some Community based projects, donations and community activities that will uplift the community of Matsulu through different foundations. We pray and hope that the Authorities will fast track the issue of Matsulu Stadium, Stay tuned for future updates.
