Cultural celebrations on Saturday the 13 of July at Wales village outside Acornhoek where delayed couple of hours. The delays where as a result of a tractor that alleged had a break down in the middle of street heading to a local sports field Sir Benjamin. Hundreds of attendances had to leave their vehicles far from the venue due to the tractor breakdown leading to the entrance of famous Sir Benjamin sports palace. The tractor that a had a trailer completely blocked the street and no car could pass.
Dikoma fans who were determined to celebrate their culture known as mofetolelo walked to the sports palace leaving their valuables behind. Other motorist managed to find another long alternative bushy road to access the sports palace. They finally gathered,sang morupelo songs and played kgathi. The last man standing kgati champion who was supposed to walk away with a goat was not announced. The kgati participates fought each other to claim the prize but no one was named the champion. The reasons for not awarding the winner are unknown at the moment. Other attendents of the activities claims that the tractor was deliberately parked in the middle of the street due to conflict between two Initiation schools owners.
