Residents decry crumbling services in Dr Moroka
March 6, 2024The Police in Mmametlhake are requesting the public to help them find Baratang Sarah Makinta (14) so that she can be reunited with her family from Greenside in Marapyane.
According to the information received, Makinta was last seen on Saturday, 02 March 2024 at about 13h30.
Her grandmother reported that her grandchild left home and never returned home. The family last saw her walking alone towards the main road on that fateful Saturday during the day. Several attempts to get hold of her were made through cell phone but she was never reached.
An intensive search around the area as well as from relatives was conducted but with no success. Makinta is a Grade 8 learner at Mmaduma Combined School. She has never returned home since and an enquiry of a Missing person was registered at Mmamethlake SAPS.
When she went missing, she was wearing green shorts tight with a blue crop top (stomach out).
Police are urging anyone with information that may assist in finding Baratang Sarah Makinta to contact Detective Captain Solomon Moshime on 0820651355 or call the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111. Alternatively, members of the community can send information via MYSAPSAPP. All information received will be treated as confidential and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
