December 20, 2024The SAPS in Graskop is investigating the discovery of a body at the Berlin Waterfall and is appealing to the public for help in identifying the deceased man.
According to police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Jabu Ndubane, the body, believed to be that of a 46-year-old man, was found on December 6.
“A security guard performing patrol duties noticed a body floating in the water and immediately alerted the police,” said Ndubane.
Emergency Medical Services declared the man dead at the scene after law enforcement retrieved the body. The man was reportedly wearing black shorts, a white vest, and had green and red wool tied around his waist.
