Miss Bushbuckridge 2025: A Night of Glamour, Music, and Community Spirit
The highly anticipated Miss Bushbuckridge 2025 pageant is set to dazzle attendees tomorrow, April 5th, at Meropa Lodge in Acornhoek. This event marks the ninth crowning since the pageant's inception in 2009.
nnnnMore than just a beauty contest, the pageant has become a vibrant celebration of culture and community. Attendees can look forward to an evening filled with entertainment, fashion showcases, and inspiring performances. Adding to the night's allure, the renowned local band, Black Dog, will serenade guests with their captivating music.
nnnnParticipants are encouraged to adopt community causes close to their hearts, dedicating time and resources to enhance the lives of Bushbuckridge residents. Winners receive prizes such as bursaries, laptops, and cash, empowering them to pursue personal success while remaining rooted in their communities.
nnnnIn line with the pageant's ethos of giving back, the outgoing Miss Bushbuckridge, Mamello Malele, recently participated in her final community event, distributing food parcels to local residents.

Event organiser Pearl Ndhlovu extended gratitude to the Bushbuckridge Local Municipality, led by Mayor ML Moroane, as well as Community Services Director Aubrey Mnisi and Youth Desk Manager Real Modipane, for their unwavering support. The event is also backed by sponsors including Sunbake, Bushbuckridge News, King Mika Salon, Malaika Salon, Woodpecker’s Guest House, and Pick n Pay Bushbuckridge.
